$5 bill increase
So Verizon has increased my bill by $5 in the last few months. Then they offer a $5 discount if I enroll in autopay. However, that discount only applies if I give them my bank account number rather than a debit card. Companies cannot keep data safe so why would I ever give my bank account details? it’s shameful.

Nationwide grandfathered plan
I will be leaving Verizon. I paid $166 a month for my plan because it was a grandfathered plan with unlimited data. Got hit with $900 in additional charges for calls to Canada when and they demanded I negotiate and give up my current plan. Worst company ever.
