My 2 month old 4g extender was working great until this morning, too. Now it's stuck in step 11a. Hey Verizon... It would sure be nice to have someone say you're aware of the problem and you're working on it.

My internet provider gave us a new Actiontec router and now my network extender will not work. It gives me a error of "set up failure step 11a of 14". 4 calls to Verizon support has gotten me nowhere. Any body else have this problem or know of a solution? Thanks

3G extender no longer works, #48 says must be 4G extender
I got the Verizon Samsung SCS-2U01 network extender less than a year ago and it worked great. I recently changed from an old Moto phone to the Verizon Zenfone AR. Now when I call #48 it says must be 4G extender. What, the 3G extender no good less than a year after I bought it ?
