I was wondering if I were to order an iPhone 12 pro and it doesn’t ship until mid December, when does my account get charged for that phone (service and the device payment)? thanks in advance for any help

Calls dropping using cell or WiFi
I moved two weeks ago and have horrible service in my new home. I have WiFi that is 1000 mps so it shouldn't be a problem when I try WiFi calling. No matter what I do my calls drop after just a few minutes of being on the phone. I have only ever been able to get 2 bars.
