LTE network extender and Internet Gateway
just got verizon home internet with the Internet gateway. also received a LTE network extender. my question is how do you use the network extender with the internet gateway or is it not compatible?

Keep getting dropped. Devices connected = 0.
I repeatedly must do a #48 to re-connect to my Network Extender. Even though I am sitting 5 feet away from it. Question: Why do I get dropped? How do I make it so I don't have to keep connecting?

Is the LTE Network Extender linked to the Verizon Account it was purchased on?
I purchased the LTE Network Extender on my own post-paid account. I've since closed my personal account and am on my husband's post-paid account. Will our LTE Network Extender still work? When we turn it on, it looks like it's trying to hook up but just keeps trying to hook up and is not succeeding.
