FIOS ONE MINI CONTSANTLY DISCONNECTING/RESTARTING
My Fios Mini boxes keep disconnecting and then i have to click Restart Fios Mini and wait 5-10 mins everyime. Anyone who can help me would be greatly appreciated, but I think I need Verizon to come check line coming into my apartment, not sure?

FIOS TV One doesn't stay on Favorites if I turn TV off
Verizon did a mandatory upgrade of my set-top box in April. Before that, I could set it the on-screen Guide to my Favorites 1 list and it would stay that way indefinitely. But now, every time I turn the TV on, it's back at Subscribed channels. Anyone know why? By the way, my new remote doesn't have a Favorites button.

DVR Chapter Skipping
When I had FiOS TV One I was able to skip forward in 10 minute increments when watching DVR content. Now, with TV +, Chapter Skip is in 30 minute increments. Is there a way to change this setting? For me, 30 minutes is too long to skip ahead. Thanks

March 11 came and went
Verizon has been trying to send me a new set top box or whatever they are called now for months. The last time they said it was sent February 25 and should be here by March 11. Well once again nope. recently when turning on the TV it goes into a searching for channel loop. I do a trouble shooting and all passes. However, it continues to search. My fix is to disconnect the VMS power and re-power. Any clues?
