CNN sound cutting out.
I have Verizon Fios in Hopewell NJ. CNN loses sound a lot lately. Sometimes it freezes up. But the losing sound for a moment is happening quite frequently and it is really annoying. No other channel that I tune into is having this issue. Is this an issue with Fios or CNN?

audio setting for new 4100 mini
Hello, I have the new smaller STB hooked up to my Denon AVR-900 same setup as old box. I use the sound through the AVR and have a center channel and 2 rear speakers. sound is only out of the right speaker do I need to change a setting in the new box ie pass through? thanks

MASN channel 577 is frequently freezing up both image and sound. A momentary black screen follows, then it returns to the game. Started about 2 weeks ago, but can't be sure. Anyone else noticing this? I see this has been a problem in the past.

NESN on Fios Freezing and buffering
Since being forced to switch to wireless set top boxes, the NESN connection has been terrible. The broadcast constantly buffers or freezes altogether. I’ve tried resetting the router, the STBs, and the main VMS unit. Nothing helps. So infuriating.

On Verizon, one can record television programs on one's laptop. But my understanding is that these programs can only be subsequently viewed on one's television. I'd like to suggest that Verizon make it possible to play back recorded programs on one's laptop. This is possible on other providers.

Unable to access HGTV Go or Fox Sports apps on my smart TV, provider sign in fails
When I attempt to sign in to an app on my smart TV using the provider sign on, the authentication fails. I have attempted this on two different TV sets (LG and Samsung, if it matters).
