How to submit a FAST ticket for database error correction?
Hello - my apartment building has FIOS fiber installed, and several apartments in the building have FIOS service, however, whenever I call Verizon I am told that FIOS is not available in the building? I assume that there is an error in the VZ database for my building - how to I submit a ticket to get this corrected?
