Insulting service rep
working with a rep to upgrade two lines on my account. When the final offer came I declined as I was unable to pay the immediate upgrade fees. Rep suggested I borrow a friends card to pay. was beyond insulted after 10 years with Verizon and 7 lines I may need to transfer service.
Support tickets pending for over a week with zero response
I have multiple support tickets pending for over a week from a failed upgrade of two lines at Best Buy. Was promised they’d be resolved in 24-48 hours… over a week ago. Zero resolution. Zero response to multiple messages in the tickets. This is pathetic customer support.
School employees discount
It would be nice to have Verizon offer a discount for school employees. Like they do for the teachers. School employees do not make as much money as the teachers and it would help out numerous employees to have a discount on their bill. Please take consideration for this.
