I made a post on how I left Verizon and how I can not see my bill anymore. And the post did not get approved. Anyone else have this issue? I also asked why are so many people leaving to other companies and why is Verizon not doing anything about it?

Diversity in advertising.
is it me or has anyone else noticed they in store and website advertising is not very inclusive? It is all black males. Surely their customer base is more diverse than that. I would love to see all nationalities (and heavy forbid white males) represented in more of their advertising.
Clear English speaking representatives.
i’m very concerned. I tried contacting Verizon today to take care of some issues. I was met with three people that did not speak clear English and I had to ask continuously for them to repeat what they had said. I’m hoping that Verizon can get some clear English speaking representatives to attend to their valued customers.
