Our network extender quit working, after an hour troubleshooting with Verizon Customer Service they decided to send a new one. The new one will not connect and will stop at HeNB Gateway, error fail to reach signaling gateway. I do not have a firewall, our ISP is not blocking any IP addresses

Hello, Verizon just sent me a wifi exter and I can not get it to connect. I have Xfinity/Comcast internet with a Gateway modem. It gives code 5A. I have been on hold with Verizon twice for over 30 minutes to just be disconnected. Very frustrated as I have no idea what I am doing or how to fix it.

I was setting up the Verizon LTE extender. After getting it working, my wife's iphone 15 pro max just showed SOS for the cellular status and everything in the Cellular section was erased. I get blocked from Verizon support since the PIN is sent to an inaccessible phone number.

error 5a - the mac address on the back of the extender needs to be added to your account. It took DAYS, but i finally found that if you call tech support, ask for tier 2 tech support (make that INSIST) and they can add the mac address to your account and get it up and running.
