Can't link my service to account at all
My phone number transfer got cancelled and the account number isn't working so I can't even access my plan. So I'm stuck owing money for a service I can't even use. Does anyone know a fix? I'm deployed so I couldn't use the service anyway or call support.

I have tried to link my account but am being told the account cannot be linked. Online set up two accounts when setting my account up, now the store was able to merge them but I can’t access my account online.
