Is anyone able to get an order cancelled?
I put in an order for a WiFi extender back in November 2025 as it was a free promotion. Since November 10th it has been delayed with no updates. I have reached out to Support twice to have the order cancelled, but nothing has changed. Is anyone else having this kind of problem?
