Hello. I have hard the hardest time trying to port my phone number from Straight Talk onto my new phone from Verizon. I am extremely upset and anyone who tries to help either ignores me or I can’t get through to a live agent! I have spent the past couple days having these issues.

Detailed usage logs are not current
Once again when viewing my account on line the detailed usages logs are not current on all my lines. Some lines show the last call made or received was 8/30 another shows 9/5. Why does this keep happening?
