Payment arrangement and you disconnected my services.
How is it that I schedule a payment arrangement days in advance and you shut my service off today? Why would you do this after your rep verified I would be good until my payment arrangement date??

I made a payment arrangement last week for them to disconnect my service this week. Then to be told to restore my service I wiuld have to pay the full balance. What's the point of a payment arrangement If It is still going to get disconnected seems suspicious to me!
